Stir-fried Chilli Momo

What you require
  1. 1 pkt of Prasuma Original Chicken Momo
  2. 1 small onion
  3. 1 small green bell pepper
  4. 1 large tomato
  5. 1 cup tomato puree
  6. 1/3 cup red chili sauce
  7. 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
  8. 1 tsp. cumin powder
  9. 1/3 tsp salt
  10. Pinch of sugar
  11. 3 tbsp. Oil
  12. Spring onions for garnish
  1. Chop the onions, bell pepper and tomato into 1 inch squares.
  2. In a wok or a frying pan, add oil and sauté the momo until it gets brown. Flip and heat the other side.
  3. Remove it in into a bowl.
  4. In the same pan add oil and sauté onions, green bell peppers for a minute.
  5. Add soy sauce and cook for another 30 seconds.
  6. Add tomato sauce, hot sauce and cook for a minute.
  7. Add garlic ginger paste, cumin powder, salt, and sugar then mix it together.
  8. Put tomatoes and cook for another minute.
  9. Then add momo and stir it well to coat with the sauce.
  10. Cook for about 2 minutes and it is ready.
  11. Garnish with chopped spring onions.
