Butter Chicken Momos
What you require
- 1 pkt of Prasuma Original Chicken Momo
- ½ cup 2 tomato puree
- 1 tbsp butter
- Pinch of Salt and Pepper
- Pinch of Garam Masala
- 2 pcs of cloves
- 1 green chilli
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 bayleaf
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 cup of Cream
How to Make It
- Heat butter in a large pan kept over medium heat and add cloves, chillies and cumin seeds into it.
- Add ginger garlic paste and tomato puree and saute over medium flame.
- You can also add onions in the puree.
- Add pepper powder salt, garam masala, bayleaf and continue to saute over medium flame.
- Once you see that the puree is getting thick add cream to it and turn off the flame.
- Pour the puree over the momos and serve hot.
